Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be processed the same day.

Delivery Time: The delivery time is typically 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday).

Where Do We Ship? We have the capacity to sell and ship to all countries around the world.
Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and have started processing it.
Order Tracking: Once we ship your package, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our tracking page to see where your package is. If you don't receive it or it doesn't work, please contact our customer service at virelleatelier@gmail.com.
